The WTKO’s senior instructors include some of Shotokan’s top technical minds. Sensei Jon Keeling is the Director of the WTKO’s USA Technical Committee. As such, he communicates with Chief Instructor Sensei Amos and Technical Director Sensei Ubl regarding technical standards for the organizations. Information is passed onto members through dojo heads.
